My name is Dr. Annie Cannon, and I am a Naturopathic Doctor. I spent my late teens and early 20’s with low self-esteem, gaining weight, brain fog, acne, migraines, feeling exhausted and constantly needing an afternoon nap.

 

Being interested in the human body, I studied Kinesiology at the University of Calgary, then went on to become a Naturopathic Doctor at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in British Columbia.   • Can I do this program as a vegan/vegetarian?
    • Although this program is not targeted to vegans/vegetarians, it is absolutely possible to complete it on a vegan/vegetarian diet, and there are several recipes included that are vegan/vegetarian, and the others can easily be modified.

 

  • I’m still worried that I’ll feel restricted…
    • Some of the not allowed foods may be a big change for some, but I have provided replacements for these foods, and yummy recipes that don’t include them so that it is not so much of a shock.

 

  • What if I am unhappy with my purchase?
